Operations Lead
Cher Holihan leads the coordination of BK Full Circle Solutions’ day-to-day order flow, ensuring materials move accurately and on time through every stage of the business.
She oversees the full lifecycle of inbound and outbound orders, from supplier procurement and delivery scheduling to dispatch coordination and accounts payable control. Cher also manages the logistics planning of trailers delivering to customer projects across Ireland and Europe, ensuring materials arrive on site safely, efficiently, and in line with programme requirements.
Working closely with sales, warehouse, and suppliers, she ensures operational execution aligns with commercial deadlines and project demands.

Brian O’Donnell
Warehouse Lead
Brian O’Donnell leads the warehouse function at BK Full Circle Solutions, taking full responsibility for the movement, control, and delivery of materials across the business.
He oversees inbound goods, stock management, order picking, dispatch, and site deliveries, ensuring the warehouse operates in a structured, efficient, and project-driven manner. Brian plays a key role in aligning stock flow with customer demands, maintaining accuracy under volume, and supporting next-day nationwide delivery capability.
His leadership ensures the warehouse operates as a controlled, responsive hub that underpins BK’s speed, reliability, and growth.
